The center of the Secular Institute Madonna della Strada is located in Vienna. The Institute is structured by regions. For each region a regional director holds responsibility. Members reside apart from Austria in Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Belgium, Ireland, in the USA, Jamaica, Philippines, in India, Taiwan and Korea.

Depending on the situation, regions may possess houses for their regular meetings,  or may meet in retreat centres for retreats and reflection, for events and conferences, working groups etc., but especially for sharing life within the Institute, socially and spiritually.
